Pilates


Mat Pilates provides your body with a balanced workout.  Targeting the deep core muscles, you will improve your posture and develop a lean, toned, flexible body.

 

Reformer Pilates adds the challenge of Resistance to get you in shape fast.  A fun, challenging effective workout.

 

At Love Pilates you can choose to workout either with a friend, in a small group or on a one to one basis.  Pilates is a great complement to an existing exercise programme and also ideal for those new to exercise. Pilates is the intelligent route to a fit, healthy body for life.  

 

Trained at both Body Control and BASI Pilates.

 

Training at our Studio gives you the added benfit of being able to work-out on the reformer and other equipement.  Air conditioned, light and convenient!

Book a private class or share the cost with your friends, price includes upto 4 people, thereafter 10e each per person.

Pilates can be taken in our Private Studio in San Augustin, near San Jose or at your own house or Villa.

 

Cancellation Policy:  We ask that 24 hours is given to cancel a session. Less than 12 hours notice will result in 50% of the rate beign forfieted.  Less than 6 hours the full amount will be forfieted.
